The Drive is Fairview’s premium offering. This 35 Lot subdivision is centrally located and nestled within the established 18 hole Fairview Golf Course. Comprising 24 golf course frontage and 11 internal sections, these generously sized properties offer a spectacular setting and outlook. With a variety of aspects and views of the golf course, the clubhouse and the Kaimai Ranges, these properties all offer purchasers the opportunity to build a home that maximises their indoor and outdoor living.
The subdivision is accessed via a private road, beautifully framed by stone entry walls and ponds either side to create a real sense of entry. The lots range from 527m2 to 1091m2 allowing for homes of a larger size. Our design guidelines incorporate premium materials and features that allow for a more modern build and colour scheme than what has been previously available at Fairview. Concrete keystone retaining have been used between the properties in place of timber further adding to the aesthetics and quality of The Drive. There is also a comprehensive subdivision planting plan that has been carefully put together to create a sense of privacy for residents whilst still maintaining their views and enhancing their outlook.
This combination of larger sections, more golf course frontage and spectacular outlooks, with more complimentary and up to date design guidelines provide a unique and exciting property offering. The sections, including initial Fairview Country Club membership, should represent the best value golf course living in the country.

The design guidelines provide a framework for owners to produce a high standard of architectural and landscape design that contributes to the overall feeling of the subdivision. The intent of these guidelines is to encourage a diversity of design solutions but at the same time produce a unified and balanced community that reflects the rural character and setting of Fairview Estate that integrates well with the landscape and neighbouring golf course and privacy between dwellings.
New colours and materials may be employed giving purchasers more architectural freedom. Long run metal roofing or metal or concrete roof tiles may be used in various tones of grey to ensure that a harmonious roofscape is achieved. Exterior walls can be a painted plaster over brick or an approved cavity system with horizontal dressed timber/linea weatherboards (and other approved materials) as features in recessive colours to ensure the dwellings complement their surroundings and landscape.
